Job Description:
Experience: 1- 2 Years
No: of Positions : 4
Knowledge in administration of Windows servers
Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP etc
Daily routine work of servers like monitoring, checking events, Checking Services, Updating new patches
Responsible resolving incidents as per the assigned SLAs, maintaining excellent service levels and Customer Satisfaction.
Remotely checking and monitoring of Servers
Checking for new Security and Vulnerabilities alerts regularly.
Maintaining the Server checklist and documents as per company policy
Knowledge in LAN & WAN Technologies.
Microsoft Office knowledge
Knowledge of incident-, problem, change process handling
Good Documentation Skills
Problem solving skills and learning attitude
Preferred Skills:
BE, B.Tech, B.Sc., MCA or any equivalent degree preferred
Experience in Technical Voice support is must.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work in 247 shift environment.
Be a quick learner
